Hej, vi er Pincho Nation Odense! Vi slog dørene op i sommeren 2024. Odense restauranten er et af de nye skud på stammen, men har allerede et team med fantastiske mennesker, der brænder for at skabe en god oplevelse for gæster såvel som kollegaer.

Vi ser at teamet er en stor familie, hvor vi støtter hinanden med stort og småt. Vi har mange nationaliteter repræsenteret i vores medarbejderteam og kalder derfor Pincho Nation: ’Home away from home’

Om jobbet:

Som Host hos Pincho Nation vil din primære funktion være at have det overordnede overblik over restauranten under service og lede et team af tjenere. Du skal arbejde sammen med køkken og bar for at skabe det bedst mulige team under service. Du vil have meget gæste-kontakt og vil bruge meget tid på at velkomme gæsterne indenfor og introducere dem til konceptet. Du vil også skulle håndtere reservationer og andet kundeservice, i et travlt miljø.

Som Host skal service være en del af dit DNA. Praktikken skal være i orden. Hos Pincho Nation har du mulighed for at yde service til vores gæster i stor stil, og sørge for at alle får en god oplevelse.

Du skal kunne kommunikere på engelsk, da vi er en multikulturel arbejdsplads.

Hi, we are Pincho Nation Odense! We opened our doors to the public in the summer of 2024. The Odense restaurant is one of the new additions to the Pincho Family, but already has a team of amazing people who are passionate about creating a great experience for guests, as well as colleagues.

We see the team as a big family, where we support each other with both the big things and the small things. We have many nationalities represented in our team, which is why we also call Pincho Nation: ‘Home away from home.’

About the job:

As a Host at Pincho Nation, your primary role will be to have an overview of the restaurant during service and lead a team of waiters. You will work with the kitchen and bar to create the best possible team during service. You will have a lot of guest contact and will spend a lot of time welcoming guests and introducing them to the concept. You will also handle reservations and other customer service tasks in a busy environment.

As a Host, service must be part of your DNA. The practical work has to be spot-on. At Pincho Nation, you’ll have the chance to provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure that everyone has a great experience.

You must be able to communicate in English, as we are a multicultural workplace.
