  • When a guest asks me why I work here, I always answer: "Pinchos believed in me, gave me the opportunity to show my skills and the tools to develop them further". I still cannot believe how fast I did such a huge journey where I went from headwaiter to assistant manager and now Restaurant Manager in only one year.

  • The Pincho family is large and vibrant! Our team is full of people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, but everyone shares a passion for food and great service. Our restaurants vary in size, so the number of colleagues and guests can differ from city to city. No matter where you work, it's a lively and fast-paced environment with lots of small dishes to serve. Guests use our Pincho app to book, order, and pay, so our approach is a bit different from traditional restaurants. As a server, you get to spend more time with guests, creating memorable experiences. Internal surveys show that our team members enjoy working together and form strong bonds—something we value highly at Pincho Nation!

  • All available positions are listed here on our career site. To apply, submit your resume and answer a few short questions. We prefer to receive job applications through our career site.

  • Absolutely! We have a digital introductory training program called Pinchoversity, where you'll get to know Pincho and become comfortable with your new role. The introduction then continues on-site to ensure you're fully prepared to take on your tasks. Training will be tailored to you and your previous experience.

  • If your profile is a good match for Pincho, we will reach out and invite you for an interview. If you’re a fit, you’ll then join the team for a trial and learn about Pincho, the work environment, and the role. The hiring manager will then follow up with you about the next steps. If we’re a great fit for each other, we’ll discuss employment terms!

    You will receive additional information about salary prior to your interview.

  • Shifts are primarily evenings—though some restaurants are open for lunch on the weekend and during holidays. Shifts vary in duration, and different contracts expect different hours—but are generally guided by the restaurant's opening hours.
