Din rolle
Som vores Køkkenchef vil du arbejde tæt sammen med Restaurantchefen og indehaverne. Det er dit job at administrere og lede restaurantens køkken. Du er ansvarlig for at sikre at service forløber godt og effektivt, og at gæsteservice, hygiejne og produktivitet følger Pincho Nations høje standarder, såvel som resten af køkkenpersonalet. Som Køkkenchef får du chancen for at udvikle både dit team, men også ansatte individuelt. En af vores kerneværdier er “people before business". Derfor bør det altid være en hoved-prioritet for vores ledere at sikre en god produktkvalitet og samtidigt lede dit team både empatisk og motiverende.

Træning og Onboarding
Det er vigtigt, at du får en god start. Derfor har vi et grundigt onboardingsforløb, der hjælper dig med at komme godt i gang med dit nye arbejde, men også ind i vores kultur og værdier. Under din træning vil du blive tilknyttet en erfaren køkkenchef og indehaver, som støtter dig og er med dig hele vejen igennem de første måneder. Træningsforløbet vil primært foregå ved Pincho Nation Herning og er tilpasset din erfaring, så du altid føler dig sikker i at løse dine opgaver.

Your Role
As Kitchen Manager, you will be working closely together with your Restaurant Manager ande the owners. Your job will be to manage and lead the restaurant’s kitchen production. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient service, as well as making sure that guest service, hygiene, and productivity meet Pincho Nation’s standards, along with the rest of the kitchen team.
As Kitchen Manager, you will have the chance to develop both your team and individual employees. One of our core values is "people before business." Therefore, it should always be a top priority for our leaders to ensure good product quality while also leading your team in a caring and motivating way.

- has full time kitchen experience, preferably as a manager,

Training and Onboarding
At Pincho Nation, we believe it’s important for you to get off to a good start. That’s why we offer a thorough onboarding process to help you settle into your new role and also integrate into our culture and values. During your training, you will be paired with an experienced mentor who will support you and guide you through your first period. The Training will be in Pincho Nation Herning. The training process is tailored to your experience, so you’ll always feel confident in performing your tasks.
